General terms and conditions

The rooms in our hotel are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. We ask for your understanding that the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. However, we are also happy to offer you a late check-out for a surcharge of 50 euros per person.

A trip cancellation is not very pleasant for anyone. We will hold your room and our team for you when you make a reservation and ask for your understanding that we will also have to charge a cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation of booked rooms is free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival. From 4 weeks to 2 weeks we charge you 35%, 2 weeks to 2 days 75%, less than 2 days before your arrival 100% of the booked service.
